Umesh Singh has had a diverse and extensive career in the culinary industry, with experience working in various prestigious hotels and corporations. umesh currently holds the position of Sous Chef at Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo. Prior to this, umesh worked as a Chef De Partie at The Setai and as J.Sous Chef De Cuisine at The Yas hotel. Umesh also has experience as a Commi at Grand Hyatt and InterContinental Hotels Group, and as a Kitchen Apprentice at Hyatt Regency. umesh completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at Delhi University.
