Dionne Hector-Dale

Dionne Hector-Dale has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Dionne is currently working as Director, HR Business Partner & Talent at South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resource District Manager / HR Business Partner at Walgreens from 2016 to 2022, where they supported a multi-unit leadership team for 78 stores. Before that, Dionne worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Arrow Electronics from 2014 to 2016, providing support to employees and line management. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at Capitol Transportation, overseeing all HR matters for 300+ employees. Dionne also gained experience as a Human Resource Generalist at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts in 2007, where they managed various HR functions. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resource Coordinator on temporary positions at Accountemps and OfficeTeam, providing support to several companies including The Hilton and Barnes Aerospace. Lastly, Dionne served as a Human Resource Coordinator at Mediacom Communications in 2007, managing the hiring process for the company.

Dionne Hector-Dale holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from The University of the West Indies. In terms of additional certifications, Dionne has obtained the PHR certification from HRCI and is currently in progress of obtaining the SPHR certification from SHRM.
