Ericka T. Hollis

Ericka Hollis is a leader, promoter, creator, and administrator of high-quality learning experiences. Hollis has substantial experience in online, hybrid, and face-to-face teaching and learning. Her teaching and learning philosophy is undergirded by over twelve years of instructional design and technology experience both in academia and in the private sector as well as years of postsecondary teaching experience. Her research is focused on modern digital technologies and their impact on pedagogy/andragogy, communication, and higher educational leadership. Prior to joining Regis, Hollis held positions at Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) as an Assistant Director of Learning Design in the Teaching and Learning Lab and at the University of Kentucky as the Director of Online Learning and Lecturer in the College of Education.
