Tara Aiken

Tara Aiken is the owner of Minnetonka Murals, a company that provides various art services including street painting, mural creation, fine art, and art instruction. Tara formed the company in January 2024 in response to a growing demand for chalk art programming and temporary street art for brands and events. Prior to this, Tara held various leadership roles at Regis Corporation, including Head of Learning, Employee Experience, and Culture, and AVP of Learning and Development. Tara also worked at Target as a Senior Manager of L&D Strategy, Technology, and Operations, and at Life Time - The Healthy Way of Life Company as a Manager of Instructional Design and Media. Additionally, they gained experience as a Relocation Consultant at Sirva Relocation.

Tara Aiken holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Sociology from Hamline University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, and Workday Learning from Workday in 2018.
