Amran AlSiday

Amran AlSiday has over four years of professional work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Product Manager at Registria. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Shyne from 2018-2021. Amran also worked as a Senior Project Engineer at San Francisco State University from 2018-2021. In 2017, they worked as a Salesperson at Macy's and as a Founder/Mobile Engineer(IOS) at Spot. At Spot, they managed product research, planning, prototyping, and creation of an IOS application that helped users find and share on-street parking. Amran also defined, implemented, and analyzed metrics to measure progress and product success. Amran designed the product and developed a clickable minimum viable product (MVP) wireframe mockup using Sketch, built and debugged a functional app using Swift integrated with API’s for a user-friendly experience through multiple iterations, and created a network of peer-to-peer community users reducing parking time by 45%.

Amran AlSiday obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from San Francisco State University from 2015-2019. Amran also obtained a Minor in Business Administration and Management, General from San Francisco State University during the same time period. In 2020, Amran obtained a Product Manager Certificate from Product School in the field of Product Management. Additionally, they obtained a Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in March 2020.
