Erica K. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Digital Media Summer Intern at Take Me To GCloud, LLC. Erica then worked as an Advertising Director at Valparaiso University Television in 2013. In 2015, they began working at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago as a Project Assistant - Marketing and Transactions. In 2016, they worked as an Operations and Marketing Project Manager at Helios Construction Services and also began working as a Freelance Marketing + Design Consultant. In 2018, they began working at R&R Engineers-Surveyors, Inc. as a Marketing Project Manager. Her current role is as a SaaS Technical Implementation Project Manager at Registria, which they began in 2021. In this role, they have led the 2022 Best Practices Leadership Committee, successfully gathered buy-in from executive leadership team, managed up to 20 ongoing projects, and coordinated with both internal and external teams.

Erica K. began their educational journey in 2010 when they attended the University of Illinois at Chicago for General Studies. Erica then moved on to Valparaiso University, where they obtained their Bachelors of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia in 2014. In 2015, they began their Master of Science (M.S.) in Marketing Management at DePaul Driehaus College of Business and graduated in 2018. Additionally, they obtained a Google Analytics certification from Google in January 2022.
