Wil Turner

Wil Turner has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Wil is currently the Head of Customer Success at Regrello, a startup focused on solving supply chain challenges through software. Prior to this, Wil served as the COO at Silentmode LTD, a Hong Kong-based startup that aimed to enhance mental health habits. In addition to overseeing operations, they also hired and managed all employees. Before that, Wil held the position of Director of Asia Operations at Halo Neuroscience, a neurotechnology startup. Wil'sresponsibilities included managing the supply base and overseeing sourcing, costing, and manufacturing in Japan, Taiwan, and China.

Wil also worked as a Supply Chain Program Manager at Anki, a robotics and artificial intelligence company, where they led packaging development and managed critical-to-business (CTB) activities across multiple assembly partners and products. Wil supported the Engineering and Factory Ops team throughout new product introduction (NPI) and played a key role in developing the supply chain for specific components and subassemblies.

Furthermore, Wil served as the Director of Supply Chain at GoldieBlox, a children's multimedia company that challenged gender stereotypes. Wil ran all factory and supply chain operations, led the logistics team, and managed a multinational team. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Business Operations at Advanced Flexible Materials, Inc.

Earlier in their career, Wil worked as a Production Management Consultant at Evy of California, Inc. and oversaw production for major retail customers such as Target, Macy's, and Walmart. Wil also had a brief stint as a Freelance Writer at The Economist Intelligence Unit (The EIU).

Throughout their career, Wil has demonstrated strong leadership skills, extensive experience in supply chain management, and a focus on optimizing operations.

Wil Turner attended Vassar College from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theater. In 2017, they obtained the APICS CSCP certification from the APICS Supply Chain Council.
