Callum Gill

Callum Gill has extensive work experience in research, strategy, and innovation roles. Callum started their career at E3 Group in 2008 as a Press & Marketing Executive, where they managed corporate communications, website content, and drove SEO strategy. In 2009, they joined drp as the Head of Insight & Innovation, leading the research and insight team. Callum worked closely with creative directors to ensure ideas and brands were backed by research. In 2022, Callum joined Digital Radish as a Strategy Director, where they played a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives. Currently, they are working as the Research & Strategy Lead at rehab_agency since April 2023.

Callum Gill attended the University of Sussex from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature.
