Stephanie O'Malley

Stephanie O'Malley is an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant with a diverse background in healthcare and customer support. Currently employed at Rehab Alliance since July 2020, O'Malley previously held the same title at Select Rehabilitation and Life Care Center of Orlando, where responsibilities included serving as both a Physical Therapist Assistant and Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADOR). O'Malley's extensive experience also includes remote client support and roles in administrative capacities at International Refrigerated and New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. O'Malley holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Western Governors University, as well as certifications in Operational Customer Experience Management and an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistance and Business Administration from Herzing University and Kirkwood Community College, respectively.
