Kirk Shaffer

Kirk Shaffer is currently the Director of Revenue Cycle at Rehab Medical. Prior to this, they were with Roche for over 10 years in various management positions. Kirk has always been driven by numbers and improving efficiencies. In their previous role as Director of Revenue Cycle Management, they were responsible for directing all aspects of the revenue cycle for a CLIA laboratory. Through their effective management, they were able to improve collectability of insurance payments by 20% and patient payments by 30%. Kirk also exceeded revenue target by $6.6M. Kirk has also worked closely with finance, customer service, legal, regulatory and compliance, market access, and information technology to align financially, deliver a great patient service experience, grow their in-network contracts, and drive IT solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cash pull-through.

Kirk Shaffer has a Bachelor's in Healthcare Management from the American InterContinental University and a Business Administration and Management, General degree from The Ohio State University.

Kirk Shaffer reports to Patrick McGinley, Chief Executive Officer. Kirk Shaffer works with Kevin Gearheart - President, Heather Morecraft - Director of Customer Experience, and Keith Hawkins - VP of Sales.
