Shannon Oxton

Shannon Oxton, M.A., CCC-SLP, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation, a position held since October 2019, where recruitment is focused on innovative therapy programs for patients with neurological and developmental conditions. Previous roles in the organization include Clinical Recruiter and Program Manager/Administrator, providing leadership and management for teams dedicated to treating complex neurorehabilitation needs. Shannon's extensive experience in speech-language pathology spans various settings, including directing rehabilitation services at Wahiawa General Hospital and providing clinical care at Aegis Therapies and other facilities. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
