Asger Hee Stjernholm

Asger Hee Stjernholm has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Asger Hee is currently working as an independent Management Consultant, where they provide services such as corporate innovation, product management, growth strategies, fundraising, and CEO/Founder advisory. Asger Hee has experience working with companies in industries such as MedTech, sustainability, hospitality, consumer electronics, venture capital, e-mobility/electric vehicles, SaaS, and AI.

Prior to their current role, they co-founded Rehaler and served as the Co-Founder, Co-Founder & Member Board of Directors, and Co-Founder & CEO at different times. Asger Hee has also worked as an Entrepreneur In Residence at the Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship and People Ventures, where they contributed to their entrepreneurial programs and activities.

In terms of their consulting experience, Asger worked at Bain & Company as a Manager, focusing on new business building and customer experience transformation programs. Asger Hee was also a Venture Architect at BCG Digital Ventures, where they helped invent, build, and launch businesses for influential companies.

Earlier in their career, Asger was an Associate Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, working on projects related to technology, digital innovation, M&A, PMI, and advising tech startups. Asger Hee was also involved in research and development of best practice material for digital transformations.

Before entering the consulting field, they co-founded GroupRoom, an online collaboration platform for students, and worked as a Software Engineer at SnackRocket.

Prior to these achievements, Asger obtained a Bachelor's degree in IT & Communication Technology from DTU - Technical University of Denmark and another Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University. Additionally, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose City College.

Furthermore, Asger pursued a language course at Utrecht University's James Boswell Institute, where they obtained a certificate in NT2.

Asger Hee also acquired certifications as a Personal Trainer from SATS in July 2004, as a Football Coach - Level I from Dansk Amerikansk Fodbold Forbund in March 2004, and as a Fitness Instructor from SATS in June 2003.
