Raphael Germann

Raphael Germann has a diverse work experience. Raphael currently holds the position of Head of Department for Quality, Health&Safety, Sustainability and Environment (QHSE) at Rehm Thermal Systems GmbH since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a QHSE Engineer at the same company from July 2019 to October 2022. In 2023, Raphael will become the Geschäftsführer at dextra manus SPORTS AGENCY. Before joining Rehm Thermal Systems, they gained experience in customer, supplier, and assembly support at CNC-Technik Mack GmbH & Co. KG in 2018. Earlier in 2018, Raphael also completed their Bachelorarbeit at Max Weishaupt GmbH. Raphael started their professional career as an intern at Bosch Rexroth from April to October 2017.

Raphael Germann received their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from HAWK - University of Applied Science and Arts. Raphael attended the university from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Raphael obtained the Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist (CSRS) certification from ACCOVALIST Institute in May 2023.
