Erika Le has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Erika currently serves as the Vice President of Sustainable Solutions at Rehrig Pacific Company, where they have held positions as the Director of Environment Health Safety & Sustainability and Director of Operational Sustainability. Erika is also a Board Member at the Reusable Packaging Association. Prior to their current role, they were employed at PreZero US as a Senior Business Development Manager, Senior Sustainability Manager, and Sustainability Manager. Erika has also worked as a Business Development Manager at PreZero US and held the position of Scientific Programs Manager at Resource Management Group, Inc. Erika has experience in leadership roles as the Director of Sustainable Science Groups at NESSE and as a Manager at My Green Lab. Erika has teaching and research experience from their time as a Teaching Assistant and Alexander Graham Bell Canada Graduate Scholar at the University of Toronto, a Teaching Assistant and NSERC USRA at Mount Allison University, and an NSERC USRA at Saint Mary's University.

Erika Le obtained their Master's Degree in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Toronto between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours in Inorganic Chemistry at Mount Allison University from 2011 to 2014. In 2010 to 2011, Erika attended Saint Mary's University but did not complete a formal degree or field of study. Additionally, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
