Stephanie Nesbitt

Stephanie Nesbitt has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Stephanie is currently working as the Director of Learning and Development at Rehrig Pacific Company, where they plan, develops, and delivers solutions to drive continuous development at the organizational, team, and individual levels. Previously, they worked at Bridgestone Americas, holding roles such as Lead Inclusion Business Partner, Manager of Training and Development, and Senior Learning Consultant. In these roles, they managed teams, designed training curriculum, monitored effectiveness, and developed strategies to improve employee retention and enrollment. Prior to that, Stephanie worked as a Talent Development Manager at CareHere LLC, where they managed the design and delivery of training programs. Stephanie also has experience in instructional design and information systems administration at Journeys and The Journeys Group. Overall, Stephanie Nesbitt has demonstrated expertise in training and development, program management, and fostering a collaborative learning culture.

Stephanie Nesbitt holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University. Stephanie also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Education from Tennessee State University. In addition to their formal education, Stephanie has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, a Korn Ferry 360 Leadership Architect Certification from Korn Ferry, a Certified DISC Trainer certification from Chart Your Course International, and a DDI | Facilitator Certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International. Stephanie has also completed training as an AVA Analyst from Bizet Human Asset Management and in E-Learning Instructional Design from ASTD.
