Christopher Barrett

Christopher Barrett is currently the Director of Customer Insights & Data Science at REI, where Christopher is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a secure and robust cloud data platform solution. Prior to their current role, Christopher worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as the Deputy Director of IT Operations. At Nordstrom, Christopher held various roles including Director of Operations Research and Supply Chain Data Science and Analytics, as well as Director of Merchandising. Christopher also served as the President/Executive Director at Seattle Serves, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the physical and academic performance of under-served children. Christopher has a diverse background in ecommerce, vendor management, retail buying, and operations. Christopher holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Public Administration from the University of Maine.
