Eric Artz

Eric Artz is the current President & CEO at REI. Prior to this, they served as the CFO for Urban Outfitters from February 2010 to April 2012. Artz began their career in 1992 as a financial auditor for Ernst and Young. Eric then went on to serve VF Corporation in various roles across multiple brands, geographies, businesses and disciplines. In 2006, they were appointed as the VP of Operations for the Outdoor Coalition headquartered in the Bay Area overseeing the supply chain for The North Face, Vans, Reef, JanSport and Eastpak. In 2009, they became the CFO for the Contemporary Brands coalition including the brands Seven For All Mankind, Splendid, Ella Moss and John Varvatos. Artz has significant experience in acquisition integration and global operations. Eric is also currently a Non Executive Director for United Natural Foods.

Eric Artz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Albright College.
