Naureen Saira

Naureen Saira is a seasoned digital product designer with extensive experience in user experience design, currently serving as Principal Digital Product Designer at REI since July 2022. Prior roles include Lead User Experience Designer at Nikola Motor Company and Senior User Experience Designer at General Dynamics Mission Systems. Naureen's expertise encompasses the development of accessible web and mobile applications, with a focus on optimizing user interfaces for educational products. Notable earlier roles include Lead User Experience Designer at the University of Phoenix and User Experience/Interaction Designer at Apollo Education Group, as well as a background in marketing web design. Naureen holds a BS in Information Technology/Visual Communication from the University of Phoenix, an Associate Degree in Graphic Design from Asia-Pacific International University, and a BS in Political Science from the University of Dhaka.
