Vaughn Valcourt

Vaughn Valcourt has over two decades of diverse experience in both retail management and education. Currently serving as Sales Manager at REI since November 2006, Vaughn previously held positions at Eastern Mountain Sports as Floor Supervisor and Sales Specialist from November 2001 to November 2006. Vaughn's background in education includes a role as Special Education Teacher at Franklin Public Schools from August 1999 to November 2005, complemented by prior experience as Program Manager, House Manager, and Direct Care Counselor at Communities for People from November 1992 to August 1999. Vaughn holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Providence College (2009-2013) and a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from the same institution (1996-2001), alongside a Bachelor's degree in English/Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (1986-1990).
