Clay Hobson

Clay Hobson has diverse work experience spanning across several companies. Clay currently serves as the Vice President of Logistics at Reibus since August 2021. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at ArcBest from 2015 to 2021, including Sr Director positions in Asset Light Analytics and Product Development, Asset Light Truckload Operations, Customer Solutions and Process Improvement, and Director roles in Process Improvement and Operations and Innovation. Before joining ArcBest, Clay worked as the Director of Technology and Strategy at Bear Transportation Services from 2009 to 2015. Clay also served as a Sr Technology Consultant at Zinnov from 2008 to 2009. Clay's career began at Aon Hewitt in 1997, where they held multiple positions, including Lead Application Developer, Application Developer, and Call Center Operations and Resource Management Analyst.

Clay Hobson holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Texas A&M University.
