Shashikant Jagdale

Shashikant Jagdale has worked in various roles in the software engineering industry since 1993. Shashikant began their career at ace technologies pvt ltd, where they served as a Software Architect. In 1999, they moved to Cisco Systems as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2006, they were promoted to Technical Leader, Software Development at Cisco Systems Inc. In 2007, they became Manager, Software Developement, Telepresence at Cisco Systems. From 2010 to 2018, they worked at Avaya in various roles, including Senior Software Development Manager, Director Software Engineering, and Senior Software Development Manager. Since 2018, they have been a Senior Manager at Mitel, where they are responsible for the design, development, and deployment of provisioning services built on the Google Cloud Platform and AWS. In 2022, they will join Reify Health as a Senior Manager.

Shashikant Jagdale completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology from the National Center for Software Technology in 1997. Shashikant then obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai. In 2021, they obtained a Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. In 2020, they obtained an Architecting with Google Kubernetes Engine: Foundations certification from Coursera. In 2019, they obtained a Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from LinkedIn and a Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure certification from Coursera. Shashikant is also expected to obtain an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022.
