Tori Jones

Tori Jones is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the P&C Business Partnering Lead at The Reject Shop since December 2024, where leadership of a team of P&C Partners involves designing and implementing people strategies to achieve business goals. Prior to this role, Tori was the HR Lead for Ingenico in Australia from October 2022 to December 2024, overseeing the HR function and managing key areas such as employee relations and organisational design.
