Dalaura Kader has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Dalaura started their career as a Corporate Counsel at Pembina Corporation in 1995 and later worked as a Corporate Counsel for Canadian Airlines International Ltd. and Agrifoods International Cooperative Ltd. In 2010, they joined the Regenerative Medicine Foundation as Director/Vice President Strategic Initiatives. Dalaura co-founded Emerge Career Partners in 2016, a career concierge for women looking to re-enter the workforce or make career shifts. Dalaura also worked as COO & Mediator at Pacific Coast Mediation from 2014 to 2018. In 2016, they co-founded Stratify Genomics and served as Co-Founder, Vice President Business Operations until 2020. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Modern Acupuncture Franchisee Owner. In 2023, they worked as a Provisional Lawyer at SOLOMON MINTON CARDINAL DOYLE & SMITH, LLP and as Director Strategic Initiatives at Rejuvenation Medical Group.
Dalaura Kader studied at the University of Alberta from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained their LL B degree in Law. Prior to that, they attended the University of Calgary from 1987 to 1990 and earned their BA degree in Psychology. Additionally, Dalaura completed mediation training certification programs at CLE Mediation Training, Mosten Mediation Training, and Peace Talks, although the specific dates of these programs are not provided.
