Amanda Huang

Amanda Huang has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of design, construction, and real estate development. Amanda currently holds the position of Director of Design & Construction at Related Companies since September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Leadership Fellow-Mentor at The New York Community Trust from April 2021 onwards. Amanda has also served as a Real Estate Development Manager at IMPACCT Brooklyn from August 2020 to October 2022. Amanda worked as a Design & Construction Advisor at Cornell University and Tompkins County Department of Health from March 2020 to September 2020. Before that, they held the role of Real Estate Development Manager at Ascent Development, LLC from January 2019 to October 2019. Amanda also gained significant experience working at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, where they held the positions of Senior Real Estate Manager, Planning & Design from October 2017 to December 2018, and Manager, Planning & Design from June 2015 to September 2017. Additionally, they have worked as an Urban Design and Economic Development Consultant at UN-Habitat (United Nations Human Settlements Programme) for a brief period in 2014 and as a Designer, Summer Associate at KPF in 2013. Amanda started their career as an Architect at OUALALOU + CHOI from October 2010 to May 2013.

Amanda Huang completed a Bachelor of Architecture degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning at Cornell University from 2005 to 2010. Amanda then pursued a Master of Architecture in Urban Design, Real Estate Development and Finance at Harvard University from 2013 to 2015.
