Rosa Rodriguez-Gil

Rosa Rodriguez-Gil has a strong background in property management, with experience in various roles and companies. Rosa started their career in 2004 at Charles H. Greenthal as a Property Manager and worked there until 2008. Rosa then joined Vantage Management Services as a Property Manager and Account Manager from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they moved to ATA Enterprises as a Property Manager before joining Dalan Management in 2013 for the same role. Rosa then worked at Choice New York Management Company, LLC as a Senior Property Manager from 2015 to 2018. Following that, they held positions at Fairstead, first as a Regional Property Manager from 2018 to 2020, and then as a Regional Director of Property Management from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Operations at Related Companies since February 2022.

Rosa Rodriguez-Gil attended Baruch College from 2004 to 2008, earning a BBA degree in Real Estate & Metropolitan Development.
