Steven Martinez

Steven Martinez has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Steven started their career in 2003 at Turner Construction Company, where they worked as a Project Manager until 2016. In 2016, they joined Related Companies and initially served as a Project Manager before being promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Design & Construction at Related Companies.

Steven Martinez received a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The College of New Jersey from 1998 to 2002. In 2008, they obtained the LEED AP certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
