Daniel J Rickard

Daniel J Rickard, RHU has had extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Daniel J is currently the Vice President of Employee Benefits at Relation Insurance Services since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of the Employee Benefits Practice at McGriff, Seibels & Williams from April 2010 to June 2022. From 2003 to 2010, they were the SVP and Employee Benefits Practice Leader at Willis Towers Watson, where they directed strategic consulting and business planning. Before that, they worked at Allstate as a Regional Director, providing leadership and expertise in Employee Benefits in Michigan. Daniel J began their career as a Managing General Agent at CNA Insurance.

Daniel J Rickard, RHU pursued their education at The American College of Financial Services from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained their RHU®-Registered Health Underwriter degree in the field of Risk Management. Daniel J also engaged in undergraduate studies at the University of New Orleans, with a focus on Business Administration & Psychology. In addition, they completed undergraduate prerequisites in Business Administration and Management, General at Grand Canyon University and further studied Business Administration & Psychology at Fresno Pacific University.
