Jeremy Hayter

Jeremy Hayter has extensive experience in the biotechnology sector. Jeremy began their career in 1990 as a Post Doctoral Research Assistant at the University of Nottingham. In 1993, they moved to NIAB as a Statistical Research Officer and Programmer, where they implemented the first online results service and conducted biodiversity research and analysis. In 1996, Jeremy became the European Business Development Manager for Bioinformatics at Oxford Molecular. Jeremy then joined Oxford Glycosciences in 1999 as the Head of the Programme Management Department. In 2002, Jeremy became a Consultant for a biotechnology firm, providing business and technical advice and review. From 2003 to 2018, they worked at Pfizer, first as a Portfolio and Decision Analyst and then as the Director of Strategy and Commercial Operations. Most recently, Jeremy has been the Operations Director at Relation Therapeutics since 2020.

Jeremy Hayter completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Genetics from the University of Cambridge between 1984 and 1989. Jeremy also obtained a BSc and J G Boswell Memorial Prize in Botany from The University of Sheffield between 1981 and 1984, with a focus in Genetics and Botany.
