Jessica Hensley

VP, Academic Compliance at Relay Graduate School of Education

In her role as Vice President of Academic Compliance, Jessica serves Relay Graduate School of Education by providing leadership in the realms of accreditation, assessment, state authorization and regulation, federal requirements, and certification oversight. Jessica began her tenure at Relay in 2022, bringing almost 20 years of experience at hybrid and online higher education institutions.

Jessica’s past experiences in higher education leadership focused on accreditation, assessment, data analytics and data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, institutional effectiveness, academic operations, student support services, fiscal oversight, resource allocation, and interpersonal communications within institutional cultures centered around diversity, inclusion, transparency, and excellence through continuous improvement. Additionally, Jessica served as faculty member providing adult learners with the skills and resources needed to support them as they achieve their academic and professional goals.

Jessica earned her BBA in Accounting from Benedictine University, and earned a Master of Education, with a specialization in Leadership in Higher Education from Northcentral University. Jessica continued her education at Northcentral University through pursuing a Ph.D. In Education, and Jessica is currently writing her dissertation. Jessica’s professional interests include graduate education pedagogy, policy, and process and creating new pathways to support adult learner success.
