Allison Garcia, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in revenue operations and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Operations at Relay Network since July 2021, previous roles include Revenue Operations Manager and Sales Operations Analyst. Prior to Relay Network, Allison held various consulting positions at Lincoln Financial Group from April 2013 to July 2021, focusing on strategic initiatives, operational efficiencies, and sales metrics within the Producer Solutions Operations and Retirement Plan Services. Early career experience includes an internship at TD Bank Group and a position at Outback Steakhouse, where foundational skills in teamwork and customer service were developed.
