Kristin Maguire has been working in customer success and management since 2015. Kristin started at iQ media as a Manager of Client Services and Operations. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the client services team and making sure that they were providing the best possible service to clients. Kristin then moved on to Kibo, where they became an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In this role, they consulted with PR and marketing clients to help them understand their digital footprint through the lens of analytics. Kristin also worked with the Support training team and Account Managers to provide assistance to our clients with any and all needs concerning our media platform. In November 2020, they joined Relay Network as an Implementation Manager and Manager of Support. In this role, they are responsible for managing the creation, delivery and ongoing support of the solution delivered to Strategic Accounts. Kristin also works directly with the sales team to develop a project plan for specific accounts and provides customized on-boarding and training for all individuals and groups of the accounts.

Kristin Maguire earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Bucknell University.
