David Ragsdale

VP of Customer Success and Service at Relay Payments

David Ragsdale has over 20 years of professional experience. David began their career in 1996 as an Inside Sales Manager-Renewal Division, National Collections Manager, and Sales Manager at Reed Business. In 2002, they moved to Residential Bid Reports where they served as Operations Manager. In 2005, they joined Cisco as an Inside Sales Manager, GOV/EDU. In 2011, they became an Inside Sales Manager at Ryder System, Inc. David then moved to Brightree in 2014 as Director of Business Development. In 2015, they joined Global Electronic Services as Senior Sales Manager and GranQuartz as Director of Customer Service/Inside Sales. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Relay Payments as VP of Customer Success and Service.

David Ragsdale received a Bachelor of Science in Theology from Shorter University.
