Harry Porter-Mills has had a varied career in the technology sector. In 2008, they worked as a Web Developer and Server Administrator at Greenerlamps. In 2009, they were a Research Associate at BAE Systems. In 2010, they were a Technological Consultant at Design360, where they were responsible for configuring and maintaining a Windows domain network, as well as computer and peripheral maintenance and support for end users. In 2011, they were an Internship on SEBASE Research Project at the University of York, where they developed a web front end to an existing system for solving the task allocation problem. In 2012, they were a Senior Software Engineer at FreeAgent. In 2015, they were a Freelance Software Development Consultant. In 2016, they were a Web Development Mentor and Lecturer at Lighthouse Labs. In 2017, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Neuranet. In 2018, they were a Senior Technology Director at Highline BETA, where they worked on developing various co-creations for Highline Beta in collaboration with corporate partners and was responsible for building out the technology required to validate concepts in the market. In 2019, they were the Head of Technology and Infrastructure at Relay.
