Joe Lipski

VP, Customer Success at Relay Platform

Joe Lipski has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry. Joe began their career in 2008 as a Marketing Analyst Intern at The Hartford, followed by a role as an Insurance Consultant at Founders Insurance Agency from 2009 to 2013. Joe then returned to The Hartford as an Operations employee from 2013 to 2016, before joining Chubb as a Field Underwriter, Financial Lines Underwriter for North America, Financial Lines Manager, and Assistant Vice President from 2016 to 2021. Joe is currently employed at Relay Platform, where they hold the roles of VP, Customer Success and Director, Account Management & Process Improvement.

Joe Lipski obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Lasell University between 2005 and 2009. In 2010, they completed the Personal Lines Development Program (PLCS) at The Hartford School of Insurance. In 2011, they obtained their Class II Police Officer Certification from the South Carolina Department of Corrections Academy. Additionally, Joe obtained their Certified Customer Success Leader certification from The Success League in August 2022.
