Karen Redfern

Karen Redfern is currently serving as the Vice President Of Commercial Lines at Relay Platform. Prior to this, Karen held a position as an Assistant Vice President at Heffernan Insurance Brokers where Karen managed and grew the commercial book of business. With a background in insurance and marketing, Karen has a proven track record of successfully increasing written premiums and developing strong relationships with agency partners. Karen's experience spans across various companies such as EMC Insurance Companies, Chubb, United Fire Group, QBE the Americas, The Hartford Insurance Co, Rogers Fitzwalter and Powell Insurance, and Progressive. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Lambuth University.
