Abdulkhadar began their career as a Senior Software Engineer Project Lead at Ushus Technologies from 2002 to 2005, working on equipment automation projects for various customers in Japan.

Abdulkhadar Kuzhiyilan Abdulla completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering, Kothamangalam, from 1994 to 1998.
