Staff Software Engineer at Relayr

Bernard Pletikosa began their work experience in 2012 with an internship at eVision. Bernard then worked as a software engineer at Infobip from August 2012 to October 2013. From October 2013 to September 2014, Bernard worked as a software developer for multiple companies including Troido, Simvelop GmbH, and Vodafone Germany. In 2014, they joined relayr as an Android Engineer and later transitioned to a Backend Engineer NodeJS role from September 2016 to April 2018. Bernard then became a Technical Team Lead at relayr, leading a platform backend team, implementing processes and best practices, and providing technical direction and architecture to the team. Since January 2021, they have been working as a Staff Software Engineer at relayr, where they are currently employed.

Bernard Pletikosa has a strong educational background in the field of telecommunications and informatics. Bernard obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, specializing in Telecommunications and Informatics, from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in the same field at the same institution, from 2006 to 2010.

Before pursuing higher education, Bernard attended Technical school Nova Gradiška from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Secondary School Certificate (SSS) in Computer Technician.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Bernard Pletikosa has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. Bernard received the Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer certification from Oracle in January 2014. In March 2014, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org. Bernard also holds two certifications from Microsoft: the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification obtained in July 2021, and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals certification obtained in March 2022. Most recently, they obtained the WORLD BUSINESS FORUM MILANO certification from World Business Forum in November 2022.
