German Santini has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. German started their career at ALTAVISION as a Technical Service Responsible, where they designed, planned, and repaired complex electronic circuits. German then moved to Tesacom, where they initially worked in the reparations lab before being involved in analyzing and implementing new technologies for important projects.

In 2008, German joined IBM Global Services as a Storage Specialist, supporting and implementing new storage devices and environments. German later became a SAN Architect, defining SAN and storage structure solutions and architectures based on client business demands. German also provided technical leadership and guidance during solution construction.

Following their time at IBM, German worked at ExxonMobil as a Storage Solutions Architect, designing and implementing cost-effective storage environments to improve speed and data accessibility. German also developed tools to improve service support and reduce response time during outages.

At Pan American Energy, German served as the Chief Technology Architect, guiding technology-related implementations and upgrades, serving as the primary contact for manufacturers, and providing guidance for new technology adoption and footprint reduction.

As a freelancer, German worked as an Energy Efficiency and IT Consultant, providing knowledge and ideas regarding energy efficiency and sustainable development to individuals, small and medium enterprises, and new developments. German also focused on designing infrastructure based on customer needs and available renewable energy resources.

During their time at Dell EMC, German worked as a Senior Delivery Architect, providing technical implementation expertise and optimizing solutions and performance for assigned projects.

At IBM, German held multiple roles, including Client Technical Solutioner - IoT Lab, Solutions Architect, and Integration Architect. In these positions, they developed comprehensive solutions, designed hybrid and cloud-based architectures, and converted business requirements into best-of-breed solutions.

Currently, German works at relayr as an IIoT Solutions Architect, where they lead technical workshops, communicates the value of IoT solutions to industry leaders, and defines comprehensive high-level architectural approaches.

Throughout their career, German has demonstrated their expertise in areas such as IoT, AI, data analytics, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

German Santini's education history is as follows:

German Santini completed a Bachelor's degree in Natural Environments Management from Universidad Blas Pascal. German attended this institution from 2016 to 2023.

Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer degree in Electronics and Renewable energy resources from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. German studied at this university from 2006 to 2014.

In 1994, German Santini received a Fist Certificate in English from Cambridge. German studied English at Cambridge from 1994 to 2004.

Additionally, German Santini obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Smart Cities from Universidad Blas Pascal. German completed this program from 2017 to 2018.

In terms of certifications, German Santini has acquired several certifications from different institutions. German obtained the LFC131: Green Software for Practitioners certification from The Linux Foundation in November 2022. In September 2021, they received the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. German Santini also holds the IBM Intellectual Capital/ Intellectual Property Creator certification, which they obtained from IBM in January 2021. Furthermore, they have been recognized as an IBM Mentor, IBM Profession Champion, IBM Recognized Speaker/ Presenter, and IBM Recognized Teacher/ Educator multiple times between 2020 and 2021. German Santini has obtained various other certifications, badges, and awards from IBM, including the Banking Insights & Solutions (Gold) certification in April 2020 and the IBM Volunteer Excellence Award in May 2019.
