Jackson Bond

Co-founder, Chief Industry New Business at Relayr

Jackson Bond has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Business Producer and Picture Editor at Deutsche Welle TV until 1999. From 1996 to 1999, they served as an Editor at Bertelsmann Fachzeitschriften, Daidalos. In 1998, they became the CEO of Berlin Information Group, where they oversaw the development of berlinfo.com, a leading English-language city information website for Berlin.

In 2001, Bond founded 8hertz Technologies and served as its Managing Director until it was acquired by VoxGen GmbH in 2007. Jackson'srole involved offering speech-driven solutions and products for enterprise applications. From 2008 to 2011, Bond worked at XING as a Senior Manager in Corporate Development. Jackson played a key role in launching mobile-first strategies and led initiatives in eRecruitment and international growth partnerships.

Bond joined PARSHIP ELITE Group in 2011 as a Senior Director of New Business. Jackson'sresponsibilities included identifying new business opportunities, evaluating M&A opportunities, and optimizing internal innovation and product teams.

In 2013, Bond became a Co-Founder of MONOQI and served as a Strategic Advisor and Chief Merchandising Officer. Jackson built and managed the buying and merchandising strategy, as well as developed the B2B strategy. Jackson continued their entrepreneurial journey in 2013 by co-founding relayr. In this company, they held various roles including Chief Industry New Business, Chief Evangelist & New Business, and CPO/CMO (Product & Marketing).

Overall, Bond has demonstrated expertise in new business development, strategic advising, team management, and product and marketing strategies.

Jackson Bond attended Princeton University from 1987 to 1991, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History. Jackson then pursued a Magisterstudium degree in Cultural Studies from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 1992 to 1995.
