Sudharshan Ramasamy

Sudharshan Ramasamy is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Executive Human Resources at PreludeSys since January 2024, Sudharshan has previously held senior HR positions at EqualizeRCM and Visionet Systems Inc., where responsibilities included HRBP, performance management, and success partnering. Earlier career experiences include roles as Assistant Manager HR at The Muthoot Group and HR Assistant at L.G. BALAKRISHNAN & BROS LTD. Sudharshan holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Marketing Management from SNS College of Technology, completed between 2015 and 2017, as well as a BTech in Information Technology from Anna University Coimbatore, earned from 2008 to 2013.
