Emma Aidanpää-Salmi

Emma Aidanpää-Salmi has extensive experience in various roles within the customer success and operations field. Emma has most recently worked as the Vice President of Customer Success at RELEX Solutions, where they successfully established and scaled the Customer Success practice. In this role, they led a global strategic Customer Success organization and was responsible for customer satisfaction, retention and growth, and development. Prior to this, Emma served as the Operations Director for Finland and Baltics at RELEX Solutions, leading a team of 50 people and being responsible for regional profitability, growth, and development. Emma also worked as a Business Manager at RELEX Solutions, where they focused on developing the manufacturing customer segment and overseeing various customer projects. Emma's earlier experience includes roles at Metso Minerals, where they worked as a Process & System Development Specialist and a Purchasing Engineer. In these roles, they were involved in developing processes, managing projects, and implementing new systems to improve the efficiency and service level of the supply chain.

Emma Aidanpää-Salmi earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing and Business Law from Åbo Akademi University. Emma then pursued a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in International Marketing and Management, as well as Mass Communication, from the same university. In 2011, Emma was an exchange student at New Mexico State University, studying Mass Communication/Media Studies. Additionally, Emma obtained a certification in a Female Executive Leadership Program from Keskuskauppakamari (Finland Chamber of Commerce) in 2023.
