Noemi Schuberth

Noemi Schuberth has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Noemi is currently working as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead EMEA Central for RELEX Solutions, where they lead a team of recruitment and employer branding professionals. Prior to this role, they served as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Germany at RELEX Solutions. Noemi also has experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company. Noemi has also worked as a Senior Recruiter at mayato and ENGINOVA Experts GmbH. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Recruitment & Sales Consultant at Experis Deutschland and as a Junior Research Consultant at contagi GmbH. Noemi took a sabbatical from work from October 2019 to December 2020.

Noemi Schuberth attended The Philipp University of Marburg from 2011 to 2015 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sozialwissenschaften. In 2017, they obtained a Social Talent Black Belt Certificate from SocialTalent.
