Steve Richards

Steve Richards has a diverse work experience in product management and engineering roles. From 1998 to 2016, they worked at Galleria RTS in various positions, including Vice President of Product Management, Product Design Manager, Software Development & Support Manager, Systems Architect, and Senior Software Developer. In their roles, they were responsible for managing development teams, creating and authorizing design specifications, planning software development tasks, mentoring staff, and driving the direction of Galleria's product suite. Since 2016, Steve has been at RELEX Solutions, where they have held positions such as Head of Product, Principal Product Manager, and Head of Product Engineering.

Steve Richards attended Endon High School from 1988 to 1993. Following that, they pursued a GNVQ degree in Business Studies from Buxton & Leek College from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, Steve has a certification as a SCRUM Certified Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.
