Ville Kivi

Ville Kivi has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being Vice President of Engineering at RELEX Solutions since January 2024. Prior to this, they held positions such as Vice President of Service Delivery, Director of Service Delivery and Support, and Senior Manager at the same company. Before joining RELEX Solutions, Ville worked at Capgemini as a Project Lead from March 2014 to November 2017, where they had P&L responsibility and managed post-merger integration. Ville also worked at Dream Broker Oy as an Account Executive from September 2011 to March 2014, where they were responsible for major customers and led the establishment of the Customer Management unit in new subsidiaries. During 2011, Ville worked as a Planning Officer (civilian) at Pääesikunta - Defence Command, where they led a project that resulted in an analyst report for the Finnish Defence Forces. Prior to these roles, they had earlier employments at various companies such as G4S, Lukiolaisten Kirjakauppa, and Lukiolaisten Liitto.

Ville Kivi holds a Master of Science (Technology) degree in Information Networks from Aalto University. Ville also obtained a Bachelor of Science (Technology) degree in the same field from Aalto University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ville Kivi has several certifications, including High Performance Leadership from IMD Business School, ITIL Service Design, ITIL Service Strategy, ITIL Service Operation, and ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Ville has also received the Engagement Management Certificate from Capgemini and Value based Leadership certification from Konungens Stiftelse Ungt Ledarskap.
