Erik Hupjé is the Founder and Managing Director of Reliability Academy, established in February 2018, where Erik focuses on improving maintenance environments in industrial plants globally. In addition to leading the Reliability Academy, Erik developed online training courses on Maintenance Planning & Scheduling and Preventive Maintenance to enhance organizational efficacy. Erik has held significant roles such as Maintenance & Reliability Manager at ConocoPhillips and Operations Readiness Lead for the Surat Gas Project at Arrow Energy, showcasing expertise in maintenance strategies and reliability improvements. Erik's career includes pivotal positions at Petroleum Development Oman and Shell, where contributions spanned technical integrity assurance and asset management. Erik holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis & Management from Delft University of Technology.
