Matthew Wylie

Matthew Wylie serves as the General Counsel and CFO of RCP Inc since January 2013, where responsibilities include the review and management of contracts and legal matters for the regulatory compliance and engineering firm in the oil and gas pipeline industry. Prior to this role, Matthew Wylie owned a law office from June 2006 to December 2012, gaining extensive transactional experience in commercial, real estate, and construction law, including negotiation and drafting of various agreements and successful litigation outcomes. Earlier in Matthew Wylie's career, experience included roles as an IT Consultant at Baylor College of Medicine, Vice President of Stems Wholesale Flowers Inc, and President of Wylie Consulting LLC, alongside a position as a Strategy Business Analyst at Accenture. Matthew Wylie holds a JD from the University of Houston Law Center and a BA in Mathematical Economic Analysis/Managerial Studies from Rice University.
