Rick Lide

Rick Lide is an experienced professional with a strong background in program development, audits, and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Program Development and Audits at RCP Inc. since 2014, Rick leads a team of technical writers and engineers to assist clients with their procedural and manual requirements. Rick has held key positions as a Project Manager and Senior Advisor III, managing pipeline safety management system implementation projects across North America. Prior experience includes working as an HSE Regulatory and Management Systems Auditor at BP and as an Engineer at both The Dow Chemical Company and Union Carbide, where Rick contributed to regulatory compliance and operational oversight. Rick Lide holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston.
