Arpita Dalmia Darooka

Arpita Dalmia Darooka serves as the VP of Talent & Culture at Reliable Group, a position held since July 2023, focusing on talent acquisition and management. Prior to this role, Arpita was a Senior Human Resources Consultant at IT & Retail from January 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing performance management systems and advising on strategic headcount management. With a progressive career in human resources, Arpita held various leadership positions at Gap Inc. and Solix Technologies, Inc., among others, and has contributed significantly to HR functions across multiple organizations since entering the field in 2004. Arpita holds an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Alliance Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta.
