Previously, Trinette held the position of Human Resources Director at Portman Holdings from June 2019 to June 2021, focusing on aligning HR practices for over 200 employees. With extensive experience spanning various roles, including Director of Human Resources at NAPA AUTO PARTS and Genuine Parts Company, and HR Manager at Cousins Properties Incorporated, Trinette has a proven track record in talent management, policy development, and employee relations. Career beginnings in human resources were at SOLVAY PHARMACEUTICALS, INC, Princeton Medical Enterprise, Inc, and Hartford Insurance Company, contributing to a solid foundation in HR practices and systems management.
