Jim Bendon is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in executive leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Reliance Bank Ltd since August 2023, Jim oversees technology and business transformation initiatives. Previously, Jim held the position of Head of IT & Business Change at Newbury Building Society from January 2020 to August 2023, managing IT operations and business change efforts. Prior to that, Jim was the Head of Information Technology at the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, responsible for global IT strategy and infrastructure management from May 2017 to December 2019. Jim also served as the IT Director at Majestic Wine for nearly 17 years, focusing on IT strategy and management within a cross-functional capacity. Jim's educational background includes studies at Oxford Brookes University and Hurstpierpoint College.
